I'm listening to white DJ's playing Hip Hop to a mostly white audience."Niggers" cooning for white audiences in order to make a living is an American tradition, african -americans speaking their minds about their condition is not quite as accepted.

I am a music creator and a music consumer.
As a music creator I feel that I should get paid for my music.
As a consumer, after I pay for internet access I want the content free.
I feel that the internet providers should figure out a way to compensate the content providers.
Sounds good to me says the creator but how do I get paid if they can download for free.
First of all my hard drive is full and what about those!
I point to the stacks of warehoused CDs.
An Mp3 takes up very little space.
So where can I go to hear some good reggae music for free?
And where can I post my good reggae music to be heard and possibly downloaded?
We decided to make a rare recommendation.
This is only good for this moment, and since it is free and I make no money on this I figure it could be helpful.

Lately I have been in the reggae section of C/Net's music.download.com.
Yes this is one of the umpteenth sites with my music listed, but it also has all of Bob Marley's "Classic" CD tracks listed for streaming.
With a great dub track from Burning Spear, "Traffic Jam" by Stephen Marley and my favorite new artist Super Adonai., there are many great reggae tracks to choose from.
Since it is all for free you are more likely to listen to an artist you might not normally try.
I might have never given Sinead O'Conner a chance had I not listened to "Y Mas Gan" or the gritty RASTABOYZ.
I'm hoping more artists will post here.
With the internet there is always the hope that if all artist have equal access to the markets then the cream will rise to the top. (And others will realize they are not that good.)
Most radio seems to follow the same limited play list week after week.
As a consumer I would like to create my own play list from a large database of my kind of music for free!
The music business has always followed the "Battle of the Bands" mentality.
The producer's friends or the most popular band usually wins.
Download sites have a chance to institute musical fairness.
This will attract quality artist of all kinds
There are enough artists with music that can satisfy us forever.

For artists, most of the other sites seem to be hip-hop or alternative rock driven.
This one seems to have the best representation in the smaller genres.
It won't cost anything to advertise your music by having it be streamed or downloaded.
There are included links that lead to your CD or download store.

May I suggest an exit strategy for Iraq.
Blame the whole thing on George W Bush, Rumsfeld
and Chaney.
Apologize to the Iraqi people, Europe, the world.
Offer to assist the Kurd, Shiite, and Sunni of the region
any way they ask for the peaceful rebuilding of their countries.
Withdraw our troops.
Be unconcerned how the parties eventually work out their differences.
Admit that Iran has won this round.
Resume our hunt for the real terrorists.
Continue to support democracy with the caveat that it is crucial that to elect honest leadership.

The Fossil Fuel giants benefit the most from the religious totalitarianism that will keep the pumps running.
The war effort will bring huge cash influxes to build pipelines, refineries, power plants.
And the faithful on both sides are misled into fighting the same god of the Bible and Koran,
While the rulers of the world bring back the old pagan gods.
